In blustery but warm conditions, Cummins proudly hosted the annual EEPASSA Interschool Carnival. The day began with an opening presentation, where guest speaker Casey Carr shared inspiring words of wisdom before officially declaring the carnival open. Earlier this term, both the year 12 & year 10 Outdoor Education students had the opportunity to learn & practice surf rescue skills and life support in coastal & remote locations. It was a highly contested Sports Day this year, with all three teams taking the lead at different stages of the competition. Sturt began on top in the morning after scores from the pre-event distance runs as well as the Long and Triple Jumps held at school came in.
