Cummins School Community Library is a joint use facility in partnership with Cummins Area School and Lower Eyre Council. Located on the corner of McFarlane and Firth Avenue in Cummins, we offer a variety of services to our school and community customers. Our library boasts an extensive collection of educational and recreational materials for all age groups.

Our library offers the following services to our community:

One Card System: Borrow, return, and place holds on library materials.

Wireless Internet and Public Access Computers

Colour Photocopying, Scanning, and Laminating

Digital Assist: Get help with your digital devices by appointment on Thursdays after 2.00pm.

Baby Bounce and Nature Play: Join us on Fridays during the school term from 9.30am for songs, rhymes, and activities.

Pre-school STEM Programs: Learn science and math concepts in everyday life with your pre-schooler.

Book Delivery Service: Get books delivered to your home if you are unable to access the library.

Coffin Bay Library Depot: The Coffin Bay Library is open on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10.00-12.00.

Book Clubs: Join the 'Reading Between the Wines' club on the first Tuesday of each month, and the 'Cover to Cover' club on the first Thursday of each month.

Local History Collection: Browse our online photographic database and local history books.

School Holiday Activities: Enjoy giant board games and self-paced crafts.

SIES Satellite Library: a wide range of specialised, inclusive resources designed to enhance learning outcomes for all students. Available to borrow from Cummins School Community Library.
Our library resources include a vast collection of adult, young adult, junior and children’s fiction, large print, non-fiction for all ages, graphic novels, audio books and DVDs. As members of the One Card system, customers can access Library apps like BorrowBox and Libby, allowing for online borrowing of magazines, ebooks, and audiobooks.
