Specialty Subjects

Agriculture
Our Agriculture program provides students with a range of specialised activities and experiences in agriculture. Facilities include a shearing shed and livestock yards, vegetable gardens, and equipment for the cropping program. The school also fosters strong ties with local businesses and farmers, enabling students to gain valuable knowledge and experience from the agricultural industry.

Vocational Education & Training (VET) opportunities in the Ag industry are also now available for students in years 10-12.

Design & Technology

Along with traditional Design and Technology subjects - woodwork and metal work - students can now delve into innovative design concepts and transform their ideas into reality by utilizing state-of-the-art tools such as 3D printers, laser cutting and engraving machines. These new tools have transformed the design and creation process, enhancing precision and creativity in our student's projects. By embracing these technologies, our students gain essential skills that will ready them for the continuously evolving design industry.

Kitchen Garden
JP Classes are engaging in Kitchen Garden lessons, learning to grow and prepare their own produce. Children delight in watching seeds grow into healthy plants and enjoy washing and chopping their harvest in the kitchen. These lessons teach practical skills, foster responsibility, and build appreciation for fresh ingredients and nutrition. This holistic approach blends science, creativity, and hands-on experience, promoting confidence and a passion for healthy eating.
