Mrs. Phelps’ 5/6 class has been engaged in an exciting learning expedition titled “Places and Spaces.” They have been exploring the guiding question: “How do we improve places and spaces for everyone?”
The students have conducted case studies on the CWA the Cummins Community Garden. Through these studies, they have discovered the significant impact these organizations have on our community.
The final case study will focus on creating a set of wicking beds for our class to utilize in the primary playground garden. We had already begun making these with the help of parents on the 30th of July.
